BUSH DOES A 360 ON GLOBAL WARMING

Up until last week, the Bush Administration had taken the view, popular among the energy industry, but discredited by actual climatologists that it was "unclear" whether or not human activity had impacted the global climate. Now, not only does the Bush Administration admit that there is a problem, but it paints it as so great that all we can do is plan on adapting to the catastrophic consequences of climate change. This of course brings the Bush Admnistration right back to where they want to be on curbing greenhouse emmissions - not doing anything at all.
